135-room hotel offers everything guests need while traveling for business or leisure
Oaks, PA August 17, 2011 -- Hilton Garden Inn® the award-winning brand of upscale, yet affordable, hotels, today announced the development of a 135-room Hilton Garden Inn Oaks, PA representing an addition to the brand’s growing global portfolio of nearly 500 hotels. The Hilton Garden Inn Oaks is owned by an affiliate of Audubon Land Development of Norristown, PA and managed by Synergy Hospitality of Wayne, PA. “The Hilton Garden Inn, Oaks is located within walking distance of the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center At Oaks, one of the largest suburban exhibition centers on the east coast with about 230,000 square feet of exhibition space on a single floor. It’s also in close proximity to a number of corporations and businesses, like SEI and Pfizer, Inc.,” notes Stephen Field, President of Synergy Hospitality.
This is the second hotel the Audubon and Synergy team has brought to the suburban Philadelphia market. The award winning Homewood Suites Valley Forge, opened in 2005, has consistently received several accolades and has set expectations for the new Hilton Garden Inn property to exceed. It is the intention of Audubon and Synergy to replicate the high level of service to hotel guests and travelers at the Oaks project while offering more variety.
