Steven J. Natale- General Manager of the Staybridge Suites Wilmington Brandwine Valley
Steve joined the Staybridge Suites Brandywine Valley as General Manager in February 2010. He has over 5 years of management experience with IHG and the Staybridge Brand and a total of 8 years of experience in luxury property management an hospitality. Steve has a true passion for guest satisfaction and a commitment to quality that is reflected at the Staybridge Suites Brandywine Valley!
Michael's 35 years of hospitality experience gives him a unique perspective on the industry. It has provided the basis for the service culture he has nurtured at the Holiday Inn Express over the past 8 years. First as a Guest Services Manager, where he helped to assemble and cultivate a close knit, dedicated management team. Then, as General Manager for the past 5 years, Michael has continued to promote an open atmosphere of interdepartmental cooperation and appreciation. It is to the synergy created by a dedicated team of employees that is empowered and supported by a knowledgeable, hands-on management staff that Michael attributes the success of the Holiday Inn Express and accounts for its continued leadership role in the marketplace.
Michael lives in Media, PA with his wife of 23 years, their 16 year old son, Julian, eight cats and a dog.
Roxanne Robinson- General Manager of the Candlewood Suites Bel Air
With over 20 years in the Hospitality Industry, Roxanne brings a wealth of knowledge to her position as the General Manager of the Candlewood Suites. Her experience in the past 20 years include both the IHG and Hilton brands and ranges from Front Desk to Food and Beverage to Sales. One of Roxanne's strengths is guest service. The Candlewood Suites will excel in the brand with guest service that will go above and beyond expectations.
Roxanne resides in Birdsboro, PA with her husband and two children.
