Kurt Strauss- General Manager of the Crowne Plaza Philadelphia Main Line
Kurt Strauss, General Manager of the NEW Crowne Plaza Philadelphia Main Line, has enjoyed over 10 years in the hospitality industry. His knowledge of the hospitality industry includes the Rooms Division andFood & Beverage.

During his career, Kurt has worked for The Walt Disney World Company, Hilton Hotels, and Hyatt Hotels. Kurt earned a B.S. in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University located in Providence, Rhode Island.

Michael Egolf

Michael Egolf- General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express Exton
Michael's 35 years of hospitality experience gives him a unique perspective on the industry. It has provided the basis for the service culture he has nurtured at the Holiday Inn Express over the past 8 years. First as a Guest Services Manager, where he helped to assemble and cultivate a close knit, dedicated management team. Then, as General Manager for the past 3 years, Michael has continued to promote an open atmosphere of interdepartmental cooperation and appreciation. It is to the synergy created by a dedicated team of employees that is empowered and supported by a knowledgeable, hands-on management staff that Michael attributes the success of the Holiday Inn Express and accounts for its' continued leadership role in the marketplace.

Michael lives in Media, PA with his wife of 21 years, their 14 year old son, Julian, eight cats and a dog.

Kimberly Turnbaugh

 John Tomaselli- General Manager of the Homewood Suites Valley Forge
John Tomaselli, General Manager of the Award Winning Homewood Suites Valley Forge, has been employed in the Hospitality Industry for 15 years. John has always had a desire to be in the hospitality service from a young age. He earned a B.S. in Hospitality from East Stroudsburg University. During his career, John has directed Housekeeping, Sales, Food & Beverage, and Rooms Division for full service hotels. With a wide variety of positions at the Wood Company, Ramada Inn, DoubleTree, Hawthorn Suites, Hilton, Best Western, and Homewood, he has experienced numerous training techniques, philosophies, and missions that have added to the success of the Homewood Suites. In 2006, John was General Manager of the Year, Award of Merit for Homewood Suites.

John splits his residence in Sanatoga, PA during the winter and spends summers at the beach in Margate, NJ with his wife Lea and son Gavin. With a concentration on family, John also views the guests and associates of the hotel as family which in turn creates a pleasant experience.

Kim Turnbaugh

Kim Turnbaugh- General Manager of the Staybridge Suites Wilmington-Brandywine Valley
Kimberly Turnbaugh has been employed in the Hospitality Industry for the past 16 years. Her experience expands from Reservations, Banquets, Director of Front Office Operations, Director of Sales and Marketing to General Manager postions of customer focused hotels. Centered on leadership and management, her most recent accomplishments include General Manager of the Staybridge Suites Extended Stay Hotel located in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. During her career, she has had wonderful opportunities working for hospitality management companies such as Hilton, Sheraton, Microtel, Haverford Hotel Partners, and her current position working for Synergy Hospitality as the General Manager of the newly opened Staybridge Suites.

Kim earned her A.A. from Delaware County Community College and is currently working on her B.A. in Psychology at West Chester University. Kim is on the Board of Directors for the WRN Network of Chester County, as well as an Ambassador for the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce. Kim currently resides in Chester County with her family and believes in supporting the development of women in executive roles. She believes every encounter in our professional or personal lives is an opportunity for growth. She believes attitude is everything and success or failure is built on it.
